Signalmash

Overview

Signalmash is a US communications platform that sells SMS, MMS and RCS messaging, voice, SIP trunking, branded caller ID and number lookups to businesses in the US and Canada. It handles 10DLC, toll-free and RCS registration as part of onboarding and gives each customer a Slack channel with its engineers. SimplyRCS, its RCS product, adds a drag-and-drop campaign builder.

Pricing

Three pay-as-you-go plans each carry a $19 monthly platform fee and a $19 setup fee. SMS costs $0.0039 per segment on Launch (no minimum), $0.0035 on Growth ($100 monthly minimum) and $0.0031 on Scale ($1,000 minimum); MMS costs $0.0151 to $0.0159. RCS costs $0.0083 per rich message. Local numbers cost $1.15 a month and toll-free numbers $2.15.

How it compares to Linq

Signalmash does not offer iMessage. Linq sends iMessage, RCS and SMS from one API at a flat monthly price from $260 with no per-message fees; Signalmash charges per segment plus a platform fee. Signalmash offers outbound calling and SIP trunking, while Linq's docs say its API does not place or answer calls. Linq publishes SDKs, an MCP server and HMAC-signed webhooks; Signalmash's API reference does not mention any of these.
