How it compares to Linq

Apple Messages for Business is Apple's business chat channel in the Messages app, not iMessage from a phone number: customers chat with a verified brand and usually start the conversation. Businesses reach new customers only through Apple-approved invitations, which 1440's API exposes. Linq sends iMessage, RCS and SMS from real phone numbers through an API, for a flat fee from $260 a month. 1440 is built around Salesforce and its Apple channel, not phone numbers.

Best for

Salesforce service teams that want Apple Messages for Business, social DMs and RCS in one console, or developers building on an Apple MSP API.
