Botmaker is an AI agent and chatbot platform present in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, the US and more than 40 countries. Its agents run on 20+ text and voice channels, including WhatsApp (it is a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider), Apple Messages for Business, SMS, RCS, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, Mercado Libre, email and web chat.

How it compares to Linq

Apple Messages for Business is Apple's business chat channel in the Messages app, not iMessage from a phone number: customers chat with a verified brand and usually start the conversation. Linq sends iMessage, RCS and SMS from real phone numbers through an API, for a flat fee from $260 a month. Botmaker charges per conversation and focuses on AI agents across many channels.
