Beam

Beam brings iMessage, RCS, SMS fallback and FaceTime Audio into GoHighLevel from dedicated business lines, with a REST API, signed webhooks and MCP access.

Overview

Beam is a business messaging platform for agencies that brings iMessage, RCS and SMS fallback into GoHighLevel from dedicated business lines. It sends iMessage from Apple devices and RCS from Android devices, and adds FaceTime Audio, call routing to voice agents and email. Beam is part of MetaTechAi, which also runs RizzDial.

Key features

  • One send endpoint that picks iMessage, RCS or SMS per contact
  • Tapbacks, typing indicators, read receipts, effects and attachments on iMessage
  • Lookup and list screening for iMessage reachability
  • Lead pinning across a pool of lines, with warm-up pacing
  • GoHighLevel inbox channel, workflow sends, contacts and calendars
  • Built-in assistant that qualifies leads, books appointments and hands off to people
  • Signed webhooks, an OpenAPI 3.1 contract and an MCP server with scoped tokens
  • FaceTime Audio, inbound call routing and managed email

Pricing

Beam does not publish prices. Plans are chosen in the app by messaging capacity and billed monthly per number, with no per-message platform fee. A free preview workspace shows demo data, but nothing sends until a paid plan and an assigned line are active.

How it compares to Linq

Both route iMessage, RCS and SMS from dedicated lines with no per-message fees, and both work with GoHighLevel (Linq through Linq Blue). Linq publishes prices, with a free Hobby tier and Pro from $260/month; Beam shows plans only in its app. Beam adds FaceTime Audio, call routing to voice agents and email, while Linq's API forwards inbound calls but does not place them. Linq documents group chats, polls, voice memos, threaded replies and SDKs; Beam's API docs cover none of these. Linq states SOC 2 Type II; Beam publishes no certification.

Best for

GoHighLevel agencies and sales teams that want blue-bubble follow-up, voice-agent handoff and booking inside their CRM, with an API and MCP access for custom automation.
