Corezoid

Corezoid is a process automation engine for building bots and business processes, with an Apple Messages for Business channel offered on request.

Overview

Corezoid Inc. sells the Corezoid Actor Engine, a cloud or in-house engine for modeling business processes and bots. Its bot platform page offers Apple Messages for Business with handoff to live agents. A 2021 post says Corezoid is registered with Apple as a Messages Service Provider; its Apple case studies date from 2019 to 2021.

Key features

  • Apple Messages with Apple Pay, images and video, date and time pickers and iOS app extension calls
  • Visual process builder that connects to any API
  • Bots on Viber, Telegram, Messenger and WhatsApp, per a 2021 post
  • Cloud SaaS or in-house deployment on AWS, other clouds or on-premise
  • PCI DSS and ISO 27001

Pricing

A free cloud license includes 1 million state changes and 5 requests per second. Paid cloud starts at $30 a month; in-house licenses are quoted, and support packages cost $2,000 or $5,000 a month. Apple Messages setup starts with a demo request.

How it compares to Linq

Apple Messages for Business is Apple's business chat channel in the Messages app, not iMessage from a phone number: customers chat with a verified brand and usually start the conversation. Linq sends iMessage, RCS and SMS from real phone numbers through an API, for a flat fee from $260 a month. Corezoid is a general process engine, so the messaging logic is yours to build.

Best for

Teams that already run processes on Corezoid and want an Apple Messages bot on top.
