GMS (Global Message Services) started as a P2P messaging hub for the CIS region and now has its headquarters in Switzerland. It sells two lines of business: SMS firewalls, traffic management and network APIs for mobile operators, and customer messaging with fraud prevention for enterprises. It says it has 275+ direct operator connections and 700+ enterprise customers.
Prices are not published. GMS asks enterprises to contact sales for a quote.
GMS has no iMessage. Both offer SMS and RCS. GMS adds Viber, WhatsApp, email and operator network APIs, while Linq's WhatsApp API is in beta. Linq publishes a flat monthly price from $260 with no per-message fees; GMS quotes each deal.
