Innovattia is a mobility and telecom technology company based in Mexico City, working since 2012. Besides messaging it sells MVNO platforms, payments, credit and device distribution for carriers and retailers. Its CPaaS focuses on brands in Mexico and connects directly to Mexico's main carriers.

Innovattia has no iMessage. Both offer RCS with SMS fallback, though Innovattia's RCS page describes delivery on Android. Innovattia adds WhatsApp, push, email and IVR voice for the Mexican market, while Linq's WhatsApp API is in beta. Linq publishes a flat monthly price from $260 with no per-message fees.
