Overview

Smshosting is a business messaging and mobile marketing platform owned by LINK Mobility Italia S.r.l. in Milan. It combines SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business and email with contact management, landing pages, booking, digital coupons and loyalty cards. The site and API docs are in Italian.

Pricing

The Starter plan is free, Premium starts at €14 a month and Marketing Suite at €49 a month; Enterprise is custom. SMS, RCS and WhatsApp are charged by usage on top of the plan, with SMS bought in packages that get cheaper from €500 upward. A free trial is offered.

How it compares to Linq

Smshosting has no iMessage, which is Linq's main channel. Both offer SMS and RCS with a fallback when RCS is unavailable. Smshosting also sends WhatsApp and email through the same API, while Linq's WhatsApp is a separate beta API. Smshosting charges per message, while Linq charges a flat monthly fee from $260 for Pro.
