Overview

ElevenAgents (ElevenLabs Agents) is ElevenLabs' platform for building, testing and running conversational AI agents in more than 90 languages. Agents answer and place phone calls, chat on the web and in apps, and hold WhatsApp and SMS conversations. Phone numbers come from your own provider: Twilio, or SIP trunks from Telnyx, Plivo, Bandwidth, Sinch, Exotel and others.

Monthly plans: Free (15 call minutes), Starter $6 (75), Creator $22 (275), Pro $99 (1,238), Scale $299 (3,738) and Business $990 (12,375); Enterprise is custom. Extra minutes cost $0.08 and text messages $0.003 each. LLM usage is billed at cost; telephony comes from your own provider.

How it compares to Linq

ElevenAgents has no iMessage or RCS and does not sell numbers. Linq provides managed numbers for iMessage, RCS and SMS, but its API only forwards inbound calls, while ElevenAgents is built around voice calls. ElevenAgents includes WhatsApp; Linq's WhatsApp is a separate beta API. Both state SOC 2 Type II.
