JustCall

Overview

JustCall, from SaaS Labs, is a cloud phone and messaging platform for sales and support teams. Teams work from shared SMS, MMS and WhatsApp inboxes and can send RCS. Its v2.1 REST API sends and reads SMS, MMS, WhatsApp and RCS messages and manages SMS groups, and a hosted MCP server lets AI tools call the API.

Team is $29, Pro $49 and Pro Plus $89 per user a month billed annually; Business is custom and adds HIPAA and GDPR compliance. The AI Voice Agent is an add-on, with volume pricing down to $0.15 a minute. SaaS Labs reports a SOC 2 Type 1 report.

How it compares to Linq

JustCall covers SMS, MMS, RCS and WhatsApp but has no iMessage; Linq sends iMessage, RCS and SMS. JustCall bills per user for a team phone system with calling, while Linq's API does not place or answer calls and costs a flat fee from $260 a month. Linq reports SOC 2 Type II; JustCall reports Type 1. Both offer an MCP server.
