M-Target

Overview

M-Target is a French mobile messaging company founded in 2006 that holds an ARCEP operator license. Since 2023 it has been part of SoftNext, a group of software publishers owned by Dellen, and it has since acquired SMSBOX and mpulse in Luxembourg. It says it reaches 280+ destinations through 700 carriers, and it hosts its platform in two data centers in France.

M-Target has no iMessage. Both offer SMS and RCS. M-Target adds WhatsApp, email, voice message campaigns and carrier billing, mostly for the French market, while Linq's WhatsApp API is in beta. Linq publishes a flat monthly price from $260 with no per-message fees.
