MSG91 is a cloud communication platform focused on businesses in India, with sites for other regions including the US. It says it is trusted by 30,000+ businesses, and its GitHub repos are maintained under MSG91 and Walkover. Besides messaging APIs it sells Segmento, a customer data platform, and Hello, a customer support inbox.

India SMS pricing is published in packs, from ₹0.25 per SMS for 5,000 down to ₹0.16 per SMS for 962,500, plus 18% GST. Other channels have their own pricing pages.

How it compares to Linq

MSG91 has no iMessage. Both offer SMS and RCS. MSG91 adds WhatsApp, email, OTP and outbound voice, while Linq's WhatsApp API is in beta and its API only forwards inbound calls. MSG91 charges per message, while Linq charges a flat monthly fee from $260 with no per-message fees.
