Overview
Zoom Phone is Zoom's cloud phone service, with calling, shared lines and team SMS in the Zoom app. Its Phone API has a POST /phone/sms/messages endpoint that sends SMS and MMS from a number assigned to a user, call queue, auto receptionist or a programmatic API endpoint (Service Endpoint). It can also read SMS sessions and history, and webhooks report sent, received and failed texts. Numbers that send SMS need a 10DLC brand and campaign.

Phone US and Canada Metered is $10.50 and Unlimited $16 per user a month billed annually. Domestic SMS and MMS are listed as plan features; per-message rates were not found.
How it compares to Linq
Zoom Phone texts over SMS and MMS, with no iMessage, no RCS and no WhatsApp. Linq sends iMessage, RCS and SMS for a flat fee from $260 a month, while Zoom bills per user. Zoom Phone is a phone system with calling, which Linq's API does not place or answer.
