D7 Networks, founded in 2014, sells messaging APIs for SMS, WhatsApp and Viber, plus OTP verification and number lookup. It has offices in Dubai and Kochi, India, is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and describes itself as a Meta Business Partner for WhatsApp.
Pay as you go with no monthly commitment, and free credits on sign-up. For US recipients, the pricing page lists $0.008 per SMS on local routes and $0.015 on international routes, $0.008 per received SMS, a $0.005 platform fee per business-initiated WhatsApp message on top of Meta's fee, and lookups from $0.0012. Other countries are in a downloadable price list.
D7 Networks has no iMessage or RCS, so iPhone users receive plain SMS or WhatsApp. Linq sends iMessage with RCS and SMS fallback from real phone numbers for a flat fee from $260 a month with no per-message fees, while D7 bills each message. D7 runs WhatsApp in production; Linq's WhatsApp is a separate beta API.
Developers who need low-cost global SMS, WhatsApp and OTP verification billed per message.
