Synthflow

Overview

Synthflow is a no-code platform for enterprise AI voice agents, with chat agents that run the same Prompt Builder or Flow Designer logic over text. Chat agents can be deployed through the chat API, a website widget, WhatsApp and SMS. WhatsApp and SMS go through your own Twilio account and are available only in US-region workspaces. Voice agents can also text a caller during or after a call.

Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year. Chat usage converts to minutes: every 5 AI-generated messages count as 1 usage minute.

How it compares to Linq

Synthflow texts over SMS and WhatsApp but has no iMessage and no RCS; Linq sends iMessage, RCS and SMS, with WhatsApp as a separate beta API. Synthflow needs your own Twilio account for messaging, while Linq supplies its own lines. Synthflow's core product is AI phone calls, which Linq's API does not place or answer. Linq Pro starts at $260 a month; Synthflow starts at $30,000 a year.
